Polar bears - Landscape of the Polar climate

The polar climate refers to zones in a range of latitudes between 65 with 70. Even the summers are cold there and winters are glacials (the lower part of -40). Snow, though seldom falling, accumulates and is swept by strong and persistent winds called blizzards.

It is characteristic of the northern coasts of America, Europe and Asia such as Greenland and the Antarctic.
